MERALCO PREPAID SYSTEM MIGRATION ACTIVITY: KURYENTE LOAD DENOMINATIONS TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE

Meralco will undergo a system upgrade of their Kuryente Load platform from February 16, 2021, 6:00 PM to February 18, 2021, 8:00 AM (Tuesday to Thursday). During the system upgrade, selling of Kuryente Load denominations will be temporarily unavailable across all loading channels.

Guidelines:

1. Meralco will advise their customers on the system upgrade through SMS with the following spiel to ensure that they have sufficient load prior to the system upgrade.

ADVISORY: We’re upgrading our system to serve you better. Mula Feb 16 Tue 6pm hanggang Feb 18 Thu 8am temporarily unavailable ang pag top up. Siguraduhing may sapat na load para tuluy-tuloy ang inyong KLOAD service. Para sa karagdagang katanungan, PM us on Facebook Messenger or Twitter o tumawag sa KLOAD hotline 1622-7737. Thank you for your patience.

       2.  Smart shall also send an SMS advisory to retailers with the following spiel to inform them about the system upgrade and encourage them to sell higher denominations (P300 and higher).

Retailer Advisory: May system upgrade ang Meralco mula Feb16 6PM-Feb18 8AM para mapabuti ang serbisyo sa customers. Sa oras na ito ay hindi makakabenta ng KLoad.

Bago mag system upgrade, alukin ng load P300 & Up na load para tuloy ang Kload service ni suki. Dagdagan ng load wallet para makabenta sa suki ng Meralco at Smart.
