NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS

  • Winners will be notified via their registered mail, email, and SMS from LoadCentral between 7 to 14 working days after the promotion ends.

REDEMPTION OF PRIZES

  • Participants can join multiple times but can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner will receive the prize with a higher value.
  • Upon winners’ selection and notification, winners must acknowledge/reply to claim their prizes from Razer 60 days from receipt of official notification to claim their prizes from Razer via email and send a copy of a valid ID and screenshot of the registered notice.
  • In the event that any winner fails to claim the prize within the stipulated time, Razer reserves the right to forfeit the winner and award the prize to the next qualified winner with the approval of DTI.
  • All electronic vouchers or digital prizes (i.e. Razer Gold voucher, in-game prizes) will be delivered at no cost, via winner’s registered email address.
  • The physical prize for this promo, shall be delivered to user’s submitted Residential Address based on his account profile. Unless specified by the winner on the new shipping address.
  • Prizes are non-convertible to cash and not transferrable.
  • Prizes will be scheduled for delivery once winners acknowledged/replied to Razer’s notification
  • Prizes are not specifically allocated for the Philippine buyers but has a chance of winning.
